Kenya Takes a Proactive Stand to strengthen preparedness for Food Security Crises: A Preparedness Plan for Food and Nutrition Security Crises (PPFNSC)
The Kenyan government, through the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development (MoALD), is demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding the nation's food and nutrition security (FNS) by taking a proactive approach to addressing the looming threat of food crises. A comprehensive Kenya Preparedness Plan for Food and Nutrition Security Crises (PPFNSC) is currently under development, aiming to become the national operational plan for preventing and managing FNS crises in Kenya.
